The Church that Jesus built...

From yesterday's Gospel: Matthew 16:13-20

"Who do people say that the son of Man is?"..."Simon Peter said in reply, 'You are the Christ, the Son of the Living God.'"...Jesus said to him, "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my heavenly Father."...AND SO I SAY TO YOU, 'YOU ARE PETER, AND UPON THIS ROCK I WILL BUILD MY CHURCH, AND THE GATES OF THE NETHERWORLD SHALL NOT PREVAIL AGAINST IT."

33 A.D. First Birthday of Church (Pentecost) Jesus founded and built on the solid rock of Peter and the Apostles...

1517-Present: All other Churches founded by men who in some way protested against the Church Jesus founded...

With that said, let's strengthen our Church and evangelize throughout the world with the "Fullness of Truth" of the Catholic Church...in great humility and compassion and Love, for it is sinners who abide in it. Praise God...Father, Son and Holy Spirit! May the Emissary of the Holy Trinity--Our Blessed Mother--continue to lead you to her Son and His Church!!!
