How about the Rosary today? Can't do it...too long? How about 1/5 of a Rosary...can you handle it?
There are 5 decades of a typical Rosary that can be prayed to meditate on the life of Christ, in the Joyful, Luminous, Sorrowful, and Glorious Mysteries!
In fact, as the members of the Islamic faith pray 5X per day, there is a way for Catholics (or even non-Catholics if they are open to this conduit of grace) to accomplish the same thing. Pray 5 decades a day and there you have it...the entire Mystery. God Bless-Father, Son and Holy Spirit!!! (Trinitarian Exclamation)
